Arthur’s Place is a newly renovated detached bungalow set in a quiet cul-de-sac in the small village of Ingoldisthorpe (pronounced In-guls-thorp). Just 12 miles from the historic town of King’s Lynn, it is ideally located for easy access to all the attractions of north-west Norfolk.

Sandringham Estate is 3 miles away and the sandy beaches at Snettisham, Heacham and Hunstanton are less than 15 minutes drive away. The renowned Nature Reserves at Snettisham (3.5 m) and Titchwell (11 m) are close by, as are the picturesque towns of Wells and Burnham Market with their many Arts and Crafts and Antique shops. The area has numerous excellent pubs and restaurants that cater for all tastes and budgets.

Much of the coastline between Hunstanton and Cromer is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Norfolk Coastal Path joins the two towns and is an enjoyable mix of country lanes, footpaths and tracks.
